Generation Iron' Showcases Elite Bodybuilders at Work
Vlad Yudin's movie follows seven elite bodybuilders as they prepare for the ultimate competition, the Mr. Olympia.
Mr. Olympia is the ultimate goal of any elite bodybuilder. The 13 men who have won the Sandow trophy—Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sergio Oliva, and Franco Columbu to mention just a few of the greats—are legends and forever will be associated with reaching the pinnacle of their sport.
But getting to the summit of bodybuilding requires a huge commitment. The pain, the sacrifice, the sweat, and the work it takes to be an elite bodybuilder is showcased in Vlad Yudin's movie Generation Iron, which follows seven bodybuilders as they go through the grueling preparations for Mr. Olympia.
